Children that have Autism need a motive to listen, stay on task, or do work. So with this work system you can laminate it, use Velcro to Velcro their favorite objects. Such as; Lego, little toy butterflies, or pictures of happy faces. It really depends on what the child's interest is. Then use a dry ease marker to draw a picture of what the child whats to earn. Each time they listen or you see them doing what is expected give them 1 then 2 if they do another expected task. When they have earned all 5 objects or smiley faces they get the preferred reward. Remember rewards can be whatever they want, even if it seems silly.
